Urinary Issues

Hello,
I am new to this, and was wondering if any male has had these issues before. Around two week ago, started to have urination issues (no pain blood or anything). More so along the lines of feeling like you go way more than normal, and having to go almost 10-15 minutes after you just went, and a sometimes irritated urethra
Went to a care spot, did urinalysis was clean of all STI, no UTI etc, they prescribed doxacycline for urethritis just in case but it didnt really help as i am still having the issue.
Unsure what cause may be? Is it poor posture from sitting in chair putting pressure on bladder, pelvic floor dysfunction, OAB, something else? Debating on going to Urologist however, i dont have health insurance so not sure what charge may be and its a little scary to think of the cost.
Im a 28 year old healthy former college baseball player, it has really taken a toll on my mental health and has put my anxiety through the roof...
Any feedback/help would be greatly appreciated.
