Urinary tract t infection

Ive had ongoing urine infection since May 1st, had Seven courses of antibiotics,

Doc tested my urine 8th sept,said with the dipstick it lit up everything on the label,how can this be possible after all theese tabs.

My theory, i had procedure done about 18 months ago to remove kidney stone it wasn't successful its still there but" in a safe place"at the same time they dicovered i had astricture in the ureter which they stretched,im now wodering can this sticricture return even worse and some urine is backtracking and lying in a puddle, therefore keeping the infection going.???
