Urination burn, inflammed peehole, discharge disappeared after 3 days?

Hello,
I'm 22 and male.
I've been having an issue for the last 10 days. It started after washing myself with soap where I had an intense pain for a couple of hours (painful urination, itchy tip of penis). It slowly began to subside over the next two days before having sex with my girlfriend.
The following three days, I had a bad stinging sensation at the tip of my penis along with discharge that changed colour and burning urination.
I went to the GP and the nurse gave me some Clomitrazole as she thought it could possibly be a yeast infection. I took it for a day and then woke up with a rash at the peehole opening so I discontinued use thinking it was that. Once the three days had passed, the discharge has disappeared and the stinging sensation became a lot more mild.
I went to the GUM clinic for Chlaymidia and Gonnorhea. The nurse did a swab and said that I have no pus cells or leukocytes, only skin cells so it's incredibly unlikely that it's one of those. I've also done plenty of UTI tests and they've come back negative.
Could this be an inflammation issue rather than a infection? I'm very confused. It came on in the bath and was seemingly made worse by sexual contact.
I drink lots of water however, I do drink about 4/5 cups of tea a day.
Symptoms are as followed...
1) Slight burning urination/ejaculation. Not as bad as the pain of a UTI. I don't have any urgency to pee a lot.
2) Tip of my penis is inflammed (not sure if this was brought on by clomotrizole.)
3) I can see fluid in my uretha (once again, not sure if this is normal or not) but it does not leak.
4) I'm very anxious about my health in general, so I imagine that doesn't help.
Thank you

Glad it’s not an STD or a UTI. My guess is thrush.
Male yeast infections can target the head of the penis, so that would explain the pain in that area.
Symptoms include:
•redness, itching, and burning on the head of the penis, and under the foreskin
•white discharge from the site of the infection resembling cottage cheese
•unpleasant smell
•difficulty pulling back the foreskin
•pain and irritation when you have sex
•pain when you urinate
Are you circumcised?

Hello Sarah, sorry for the late reply.
I am not circumcised.
I don't have any discharge like cottage cheese, could it still be thrush?

Does the burning occurs during or before or after urination?
Where the burning occurs at tip or down the urethra?
Does the redness stays constant or does it vary during the day?

Hello Lost Knight,
Sorry for the late reply.
Does the burning occurs during or before or after urination? It's usually a little sting after urination which goes after about an hour however there's always a minor discomfort down there. No pain before or even during urination.
Where the burning occurs at tip or down the urethra? It occurs closer to the tip, it feels like it's just inside the opening.
Does the redness stays constant or does it vary during the day? It's pretty constant however, it's worse after masturbation etc..
My only symptoms now are a red meatus and a slight sting in my urethra, very close to the tip.
No discharge, pain whilst urinating or urgency to go.
Thanks for your help.

Now there is no discharge but the burning at tip after urination is still there.
I did every possible test but still no diagnosis.
I did CT/NG, HSV-1/2, HIV, urine culture , Mycoplasma genitalium PCR, ureaplasma culture, syphills and prostate ultrasound too. Everything negative except HSV-1 which I may have in childhood I am not sure because the igg value is quite low-1.6.
What test you have did till now?
And from where you are?
