Urination Issues

Hello,
I am new to this, and was wondering if any male has had these issues before. Around two week ago, started to have urination issues (no pain blood or anything). More so along the lines of feeling like you go way more than normal, and having to go almost 10-15 minutes after you just went, and a sometimes irritated urethra
Went to a care spot, did urinalysis was clean of all STI, no UTI etc, they prescribed doxacycline for urethritis just in case but it didnt really help as i am still having the issue.
Unsure what cause may be? Is it poor posture from sitting in chair putting pressure on bladder, pelvic floor dysfunction, OAB, something else? Debating on going to Urologist however, i dont have health insurance so not sure what charge may be and its a little scary to think of the cost.
Im a 28 year old healthy former college baseball player, it has really taken a toll on my mental health and has put my anxiety through the roof...
Any feedback/help would be greatly appreciated.

First thing you should do is stop drinking anything except for water, and absolutely avoid anything with caffeine or alcohol. Make sure you're drinking enough water so that anything irritating your bladder is flushed out -- keep an eye on the color of your urine, light yellow is perfect, clear is overhydrated, dark yellow/amber is dehydrated. Also avoid spicy foods and citrus. Eat "plain" for a while. You may find a couple of days or weeks of this clears the problem up.

Thanks Steven,
Yeah i notice i feel like i have to go way more often when in sitting than anything, makes me wonder if its just putting pressure on my bladder.
Would be way more worried if there was pain involved, just annoying when you feel like you have to go to often and different, And im sure stress and anxiety brings on the problem and makes it worse thinking about it.

agree with prior posting -go to water and clean up diet as much as possible. i found it easy to do this when this happened to me last year. exactly as you describe. the process was scary because i also lost alot of weight and had sleep and anxiety issues that came along. urologists did identify high bph which could have caused some form of infection but all tests turned up negative. took a multi treatment approach including rounds of abx, pelvic floor therapy and stretching (once every 2 weeks -super expensive), fluconozale (anti yeast). all helped at different times. i felt like there was a urethral frequency and then there is the bph frequency. the urethral frequency felt like it was at the head of the penis or in the part of the urethra that is external, vs bph frequency sometimes feel like higher up and when not getting much out. frequency is less extreme or urgent. throughout the process, dribbling got better, hesitancy is better from extreme to normal severe bph. rare burning or stinging type irritation went away with abx (5 weeks of bactrim was what i tolerated best). could not work out too soon, esp inner thighs or squats (impact pelvic floor). good luck. mine resolved over 6 to 8 months and still have bph issues that need to be addressed. but whatever flare up happened around the bph was def different.

Thank you,
Yeah im hoping this is just a random flare up as i have never had the issue before.
Stressing about this and anxiety more likely makes it worse, its crazy the nerves and what can signal to the brain can cause things like this.
