Urination problems very worried

this is a bit of a odd post but I'm very worried about it.for a week I was drinking heavily due to a bit of a dark place with ptsd and lockdown got to me a little bit so I was drinking heavily for a week and me and my girlfriend of 2 months would have sex and I noticed when I went to go to the toilet I couldn't empty my bladder and this kept happening.iv stopped now and back weight training and running but iv noticed I still cant empty my bladder,but what I'm worried about the most is iv seen on the internet that this can impact my fertility.in the past I have got a ex girlfriend pregnant iv also had a sperm count test was normal on both times apart from the morphology was a bit below average on the last one.im very worried I wont be able to have children my own doing I know but I was in a very dark place unfortunately.i phoned the dr and took a urine sample in.but I'm still worried about fertility.thank you for reading this.much appreciated.

    If ur overly concerned, go see the urologist. It could be a non issues more than u realize. Good luck.
