Urine is dark in colour, just simple dehydration?

So I am a big worry wart...huge health anxiety that I have been suffering from for 2 years now. I found out last year that I have a slighty fatty liver that has been causing me abdominal pain but everything else is good as shown on the Ultrasound. And I had an upperendoscopy that showed my stomach was good (I also get acid reflux and they thought the pain was due to that), as well as many many blood tests and urine tests. But now my right side has been ichy and burning. Especially if I drink hot water with a fresh lemon half in it. But I noticed yesterday after going for a long walk that my urine was very dark. Like almost like deluted tea. I am hoping it is just dehydration since I did go for a long walk, even though I drank water. I was sweating a lot and it was humid. But this morning I had dark urine again which again could be due to humidity and I wake up several times at night to pee. It just worries me as this is new. The summer is almost done and we have had a mostly humid summer. I should also add that I have a slight bladder prolapse which is a few months new as well. Ugh it's just one thing after another with a lot of worrying.

Can't edit the post but I forgot to mention that I was prescribed Senokot for constipation which I have stopped taking a few days ago. I was taking it on and off to help. It can make your urine dark in colour but it was a few days ago that I stopped so it should have already been out?

I assume you drink lots of water... Try not to drink afte 10 pm see if you sleep better . Getting up several times can also be difficult.

have you been tested for diabetes

I do drink a lot of water. I have been tested for everything under the moon it seems. I do have a mild fatty liver but that is about it.

Sometimes anxiety can be the cause of many health issues. You mention you have severe anxiety has that been treated?

It's not being treated. I have mentioned my anxiety to my doctor and nothing has been done about it.
