Okay so I'm 22 , and have this issue since I was 19. After peeing and washing my vagina, my urethra spasms alot and leaks a few drops of urine. it stays almost normal through out the day. want to die because of it. any help?

Vagina tightening exercises will help. Tightening the vagina will cause it to be more able to hold pee. I do not mean with surgery but exercises.
