All other readings were OK but blood was +25 RBC/uL. I have been working in the garden digging so is this a possibility? Interested in your experience monitoring blood levels. I am mid 70's. Thanks.

Digging doesnt cause a high RBC reading in urine. What has your doctor said about the 25 level? Do you have any other symptoms? Painful or dribbling urination? backache? Blood can get into the urine from all sorts of places from the bladder lining to the prostate to the kidneys and all the bits connecting them.
