Urolift

I'm 66 and i Just had the urolift 3 days ago. My issue is, and i hope it's only temporary, is that every hour or so i get a sudden urge to urinate and if I don't make it to the bathroom in 5 seconds i urinate my pants. NO control. It's not a lot since the main problem I had doesn't seem fixed and now I appear to be incontinent. Nurse says I'll get better. I don't know yet if i can get an erection or have an orgasm cause they said to avoid sex for at least 2 weeks. I'm starting to worry that I may have made the worst mistake of my life. I'm more concerned with the incontinence than anything else.
