Urolift and fertility?

Does anyone know if it causes fertility issues. I'm 43 and wife is younger 34. Wondering if it would cause me to have fertlity issues?

    If you wonder about fertility you should simply do semen culture test. Find yourself a IVF clinic. I found one in London.
