Urolift Issues after 9 months

Posted , 4 users are following.

I had the procedure done and was very minimal enlarged and only had 4 clips used. First couple months was improved but I did notice burning when urinating or ejaculation. 9 months later some morning it burns urinating and its a hit or miss when climax that it burns as well. Feels like I have a bladder infection. it really never went away from the surgery? The lift is working for the BHP issue and I really hate the idea of going back to the doctor and run a scope again but anyone else have this issue?

Sounds like you have periodic inflammation, possibly from the UroLift. Its taken me 2 years to get rid of the burning.

33g is almost normal size (25-30g). I think your on to something. They may have help 1 condition but there's another they haven't found.

Inflammation: Something to try. 1 tbsp of organic lemon Juice concentrate with a glass of water 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for about a month. That should be enough time to see if it will help you. This will shift your Urine ph to more of an alkaline base, less acid/burning. It shifted my ph about 1 point (5.2 to 6.2).

If you have prostatitis, no procedures will fix that.

I use FloMax or Alfuzosin as needed. I notice when I take either of them, it seems to help with irritable bladder symptoms. If you have some, you might want to give that a try. I usually split the FloMax by 1/2 (.2 vs .4mg).

Of course you can try Ibuprofen, which is hard on the organs. Or, you try turmeric with curcumin. You can take it long term without negatively affecting any of your organs.
