Using Borax

Hi, I am new to the group and want to read more about how people are using Borax powder as a treatment, can you direct me please?

    I do borax baths every other day.  I add about 1/6 of a cup to the bath water.  Next to that I rinse after most bathroom visits with the help of a spray bottle in which three pinches of borax dissolved.  But also look at the thread mentioned by BChatham.
