Using flexiseq on the elbow

can anyone help me and tell me how I

apply the gel to my elbow. I aware that it is applied twice a day. Can the

gel be applied right around the elbow.

I noticed that the gel is still sticky

after half an hour.

    You are possibly using a bit too much - I never found it was sticky after 10-15 mins which is what they say
