I would be interested to hear if anyone has taken it. If you check with dr google you will see that it is promoted by the "popular" medics, some of whom have questionable qualifications, and there doesn't seem to be any reasonable research information available. If you were going to try it I suggest it should be in addition to the proven supplements, like D3, K2 and magnesium, and not in place of any of them. Also check for interactions. There is a little information on sites like webmd regarding side effects, etc.

WebMD also lists the areas where there is any evidence one way or the other. It doesn't appear to have a lot of support other than from the sites that are probably selling it

But unfortunately the pharmaceutical companies have poisoned the well by not researching things which won't earn them megabucks, and government agencies and universities haven't picked up the slack. I'm prepared to keep an open mind on this one, just like I did for glucosamine which also seems to have little support, claims being that it is no more effective than a placebo.

I don't really, I do blame governments for not making sure that public money is spent to establish the usefulness and safety of substances which could actually save the public purse countless shekels if they were found to be valid. And I do blame corporations for fiddling with a natural substance simply so they can patent it and sell it - e.g. strontium citrate vs strontium ranelate (and governments for enabling this and other bad behaviour by big p).

Human institutions always deteriorate, it's the nature of the beast. If governments really worked for the people there would be an awful lot of problems solved.

Thanks, denisep911 so it appears to be helping, hope we get some more comments. Too late for my head bald since my 20's. But if it helps me get moving, GREAT!
