Has anyone out there used fluoxetine as a bridge to come off of Effexor? I’m on 75 mgs Effexor (Venlafaxine) & doc had me start on 10 mgs fluoxetine for one week then up to 20 mgs for 2 weeks. Will start decreasing Effexor to 37.5 end of this week. Extremely fatigued right now after 3 days on fluoxetine 20 mgs. Anyone else done this or similar? Thanks
