Any one else having problems with thick uterus lining since they are not getting their monthly bill?

This is starting to scare me a little.

TIA

I have had that happen to me and I still have my monthly cycle . The doctor says it’s because of the estrogen and progesterone balance  changes .

When that happened to me I started bleeding heavily for 6 weeks straight with huge clots . What a nightmare it was . Then they put me on fibristal for 3 months and it stopped the bleeding completely during that time . My issues also had to deal with fibroids growing on my uterus as well though .

I have the same problem, however I have adenomyosis. My uterus measures me being 4 months pregnant. My periods are all over the place and this current cycle has been going since November.

Dont be scared Dorothy, it is a normal part of this awful transformation. I have had periods that I swore were miscarriages the clots were so large. They are called casts and can look like a rejected foetus. On a good day I passed what looks like lumps of chopped liver then the next bleed might be virtually non existent, then the next heavy prolonged bleeding lasting months on end, then months with nothing. Hope this puts your mind at rest, big hugs to you, you are not abnormal, relax and dont be afraid, it will stop.

    Hello Dorothy

I have experienced the same thing that Tina has described. But sometimes I don’t have periods for a few months, then an enormous one, then a super light one. I did have a D&C and my gynaecologist found a small polyp which can make this symptom worse. But that’s nothing to worry about and things will continue like this until the day finally arrives when periods stop properly. If you’re worried speak to your dr, but rest assured there are many of us who are experiencing the same thing. Keep smiling 😊
