Uterus Bulge

Hello, 

i recently got a colonoscopy and my intestine is okay but my GI noticed that uterus is kinda bulging on my rectum. she noted that t could be endometriosis, but also maybe bc of my small frame? I've been having rectum pain, so she concluding that that was probably why.

What do you guys think?

    Sometimes a back tilted womb could be the problem . I gynocologist would be able to determine this

    Having procedure next month. I too have lower left side discomfort but no other symptoms . Doc thinks diverticuar disease but I too have found I have prolapse so I may be in the same boat. Mine is rectal however as I had a hysterectomy many years ago.
