Uti after intercourse

Hi i need some advice i usually take nitrofurantoin after intercourse as i usually get a uti if i dont and i forgot to take one yesterday and woke up this morning with really bad burning when i went to the toilet. i took one antibiotic this morning but dont know what to do should i take another one tonight? ive taken a sample to my doctor but wont have the results till tomorrow and its impossible to talk to a doctor. Could i take d mannose even tho ive taken an antibiotic?
