Uti and contraceptive pill linked?

hi all,

I have had recurrent uti's for 5 years now and in the past year ive been getting them every second month. ive been on many antibiotics to the point that im immune. ive tried probiotics, utipro plus tablets, showering after sex everything thats meant to help and nothing has. I have recently started a new relationship and i feel bad for him cause i just wanna avoid sex in case it triggers another infection. It really affects my life so much now i need answers. I went to a urologist when it began 5 years ago and nothing was found. i have been referred again so waiting to see. The only thing i have noticed is everytime im on my break week from the pill just before my period i never get a UTI or have any symptoms. Was wondering if theres any link between the contraceptive pill and recurrent uti's? they started 5 years ago when i started the pill too.
