UTI Or STD?

situation

unprotected anal sex Sunday night. i fell asleep after drinking and worked the next day. its now a week later. onset throughout the week has been lower abdominal pain for one day. pain in testicle another day. 6 days later slight burn after peeing not my peeing tho. when i sit still or not moving it feels like the flame turns on down there and i feel it more. i am constantly opening up my urethra to check for pus or discharge. i dont see any pus or discharge at all. meatus looks slightly irritated but i cant tell if its from personally examining it

i have a feeling this is a UTI. ive had an std before and the discharge was bad after 4 days.

please let me know from your own knowledge and or experience if this looks like an STD like chlamydia or a UTI infection from not peeing after anal sex
