Uti symptoms and green/yellow discharge

I have had intense uti type symptoms, strong smelling urine, pelvic pain/ache/bloating, vaginal burning, and on and off green discharge for over 2 months now. I have had every test done. Std, urin cultures, pap smear, multiple pelvic exams, 3 ultrasounds, a ct scan with contrast. Everything is negative. I am at a loss. I got tested for ureaplasma/micoplasma and waiting for the results. Anyone have any insight? I'm very scared.

    I've had exactly the same problems. Literally no one can find anything. I've not had three ultrasounds but I have had one, Sti tests urine tests, pelvic exam, swabs under microscope. All negative. It's driving me bonkers and is very similar to what you have described!!

      Were you also tested for micoplasma/ureaplasma? If this test comes back negative, i will be devastated. How long have you had these symptoms?

      I was told that sometimes there are symptoms that just have no medical explanation. That wasn't particularly helpful. Mine seemed to start after I contracted glandular fever btw I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

      Went to the specialist today. My ureaplasma/mycoplasma test was negative. She swabbed me and looked under the microscope saying theres "signs of inflammation and lots of white blood cells"...but only gave me estrogen cream and nerve meds. Ive been crying all day. I prayed so hard for answers last night, and i didn't get them.

      Are you ok? I've ended up on antidepressants because of it because I'm so down about not getting answers from it. I do know exactly how you feel.

    So sorry i haven't responded. STILL going thru it. I had to file a grievance with my doctors as they have written horrible things in my chart claiming i am mentally ill and fabricating symptoms...this is why no one has helped me. After filing, i got a referral to a specialist in san francisco. I went today and she was a breath of fresh air! I also had to hustle some zithromax from a friend. I took 3 packs in the span of 18 days. My symptoms were significantly relieved but not completely. Im scared I'll be like this forever.

      Hey darling. Mine appears to have subsided but it always does this then comes back months later.

      Yeah this is exactly what happened to me, I got told that it could be stress. I was like erm nah. I have changed my washing powder which seems to have helped. I mean the problem is, if nothing is coming up on the tests they kind of go well we can't help you now Soz! They even did the swab under the microscope and checked my discharge for white

      Blood cells but all was ok, I guess that's why they thought it was made up.
