UTI symptoms, negative culture

I have had uti symptoms for 10 days, 2 visits to ER, thought i might have stones. Negative. Im on my 3rd antibiotic and I feel better. My culture came back negative and my doctor said I can stop my antibiotics. Im not sure i should stop though. Thoughts?

    7 days should be enough time on the antibiotic that worked.

      Lucky you.  Fourth lot finished and im running to loo at night mainly again.  Inguess e coli has not gone but dont know how long to leave it before i go back as i dont know what else they can give.  Will this just go away if i use the estrogen that dr gave me to help and i five it time?  I am concerned no antibiotics have worked and now i am immune tomthem

      This last antibiotic was just prescribed this past monday, so only 3 days
