I'm not sure what you mean when you say the results your kit "returned". I'm guessing, since you show the bottle, that you did these tests yourself at home?
You have the bottle - there should have been a sheet of instructions and explanations with it. I check my husband's urine daily (he has a permanent catheter) so have used many different brands but they all work the same way - except my current type only has 8 tests and yours has 10.
The first rule is to remember to check the timings - check on the bottle or instruction sheet. Usually all the squares should be read after ONE minute except the leucocyte square which is after TWO minutes. If you read squares after (or before) their appropriate time you will get a false reading.
The second rule is to make a clean test - either mid stream or dunked quickly in fresh urine caught in a clean container. The stick should not be in the urine for more than a second. Shake off any excess and wait for the minute (or two).
Check which row of squares shows nitrites - this is usually the second one from the end (your photo is too small for me to be sure but I think this is what is says). Your test sticks show that the colour hasn't changed (through light pink to dark pink) so no nitrites in your urine.
Check which row shows leucocytes (I believe this is at the end of the stick). From your photo I can see that the colour of this square hasn't changed either so you have no leucocytes in your urine.
Most doctors would look at these results and say there is no apparent infection.
The 5th square from the end shows acidity (PH) and this varies from green to orange depending on how acidic (or not) your urine is. This is not usually significant although bacteria do prefer an alkali environment.
The 6th square from the end shows any blood in the urine. I think from the photos that there is no sign of blood.
The 7th square shows Specific Gravity - which looks normal.
Why did you buy the test strips and how often are you testing? You show a few sticks here but there is no need to test more than once or twice a day - and please don't keep sticks to read later because of the timings.
I believe your nitrites and leucocyte readings (the two that would indicate any infection) are both negative as, if they start to change colour this colour gets deeper the longer you leave the stick, and yours show no change at all.
Be advised that there are some infections that don't show up on a test stick so if you feel you have symptoms (pain, fever, backache) go to a doctor to be checked out properly.
If you have testicle or general 'down there' pain, especially if it comes and goes, it could be simply caused by stress (ladies get stress headaches while men get a pain in the pelvis - there's a book about it and how to solve it). Or it could be caused by infection in the prostate or testicles - which would need to be checked by a doctor.
Read the leaflet that came with the bottle, check your timings carefully, and don't panic. If it's stress panic won't help but staying calm and relaxing will. If the symptoms continue go to your doctor.
