UTI ? Yeast infection ? Worse? 😭

So, almost 6 weeks ago, I got a UTI (typical symptoms: peeing every minute, lower back pain, etc.). I took the med and as I still felt like I needed to pee more than usual, I went to the doc and got another course of antibiotics. It didn't work so I went to see another doc and he gave me another course of antibiotics (turns out the urine analysis came back negative for a UTI). In total, I had 3 treatments and during the second one, I started to feel a tingling in my clit and vulva area and it was very uncomfortable, made it hard to sleep and I felt like my urethra was irritated and made me want to pee more often. It was worse after peeing and wiping as that would kinda "initiate" the irritation. I saw a gynecologist and she gave me pills for thrush (3 days) and it helped but the tingling and "burning" came back after. It's not itchy but I feel very uncomfortable down there and it's clear by now that it won't go away without treatment. I think thrush could be the cause and I recently found this:

    It could be BV. Get a pelvic exam to find out what it is. My chronic BV was the absolute worst.

      what are the symptoms for BV? It is my first time dealing with vaginal issues and my discharge is clotted (i am on my period now and it is clotted with blood).
