Uvula feels strange today

I woke up this morning and my uvula feels like it is swollen and it's causing my anxiety to spike, I'm afraid it will swell up close my throat, has anyone else ever experienced anything like this?

    I experience it! Anxiety can cause a tight feeling in your throat, but I’m starting to think it’s a food intolerance or something, with me anyway.

      It's a scary feeling, I'm afraid that it will swell up and close my throat, I suffer with health

    Is your throat sore?  For peace of mind have it checked out. It may be nothing or you could have an infection.
