va , feeling of uti and now an infection in panty line that won't clear up

It's not like the constant burning from VA and the terrible feeling of a on and off uti now I have an infection in my panty line that won't clear up.Wondering if this is yeast? My doc prescribed two doses of oral diflican and an anti fungal cream. Not working ! It looks awful and is so painful. 

I think the yuvafem I'm taking can cause yeast infections. And I've also heard they won't do the mona lisa if you have a yeast infection

Just wanted to see if any of you suffer with this along with AV??

    Have you sought treatment for it? Anything work? I'm calling my doc back Tuesday but it's made for a miserable week !
