have this rash from front to back. impetigo? jock itch? std? lots of vag discharge, and i am having wattery discharge from the back, although im not sure its anal discharge or liquids from these sores. Help!

I think it may possibly be genital psoriasis. Not the dry scaly type...this is different. The first treatment is usually a steroid cream but you really need to see your doctor or dermatologist for further advice on treatment, as you may need to try several different medications before it clears. Dont use scented washing products. Wear 100% cotton pants and dont wear tight trousers that cut into your crotch. Dont wear pants at night.
