Vag/Bladder Problems - Need help figuring it out and what to do

Hello, everyone. Quick stop that I decided to make here in order to get support and knowledge with this very difficult thing. Long story so I'll do my best to shorten it down. I had problems with UTIs back in January, to which I was prescribed antibiotics. I didn't finish them then all the way, so big mistake. Then, I had another case, took a family member's antibiotics for around 8-10 (I wasn't prescribed these so I wasn't sure how long to take them for). Then, the symptoms continued, so I was given yet another dose of antibiotics. I felt great for the first half of the week, only to have a yeast infection happen as a result. The urinary symptoms still remained somewhat. So I was given, yet again, another dose of antibiotics, which I finished. All this time my bacterial flora in my vagina got all screwed up and I continued to have itching and burning and discharge, even after I had gotten treated twice for a yeast infection. The last gynecologist I went to (the one I'm going to right now and might change) checked me and figured I had BV so she gave me Flagystatin V suppositories for 5 days...which didn't really work. Then she gave me Nizoral cream and that didn't work. So, as you can see, I've taken tons of medications for this and nothing has cracked it so far. To top it off, I took a blood test for STDs/STIs and got tested negative for Chlamydia, Herpes, HIV and Siphillis. I got a vaginal swab done for Gonorrhea which also came out negative, negative for Gardnerella, and no leukocytes were there (BUT I did turn it in about 4 hours after I got it done in a gel enclosed tube, which my doctor said was fine, but I keep thinking I should do it again.) I did another uriculture test (I've done three so far, plus a bladder ultrasound) and both came out negative. Anyway, last time she saw me she told me to come off my birth control pills (which has helped, I no longer bleed irregularly as I had been) to take off that variable and to see what would happen in a month. But I am still left with no diagnosis, no conventional treatment, and with symptoms. I continue to feel itchyness and discomfort in the vagina and discharge. Also, I still get the urge to pee and that "pinch" you feel in the urethra when you have to urinate. I also, and doctors haven't been able to understand this, but I get this pain in my loins and inner thigs, down to my knees, like warm prickly feelings. Sometimes, I also get cramps in my uterus. Please, please, somebody with experience/knowledge tell me what could be happening and how I should proceed. I am thinking of changing my GYN and making an appointment with a urogynecologist as I feel this a combo thing. I was also told to get a pelvic ultrasound and to see a urologist. I am also considering getting Fem-Dophilus probiotics. How could it be that I did a vaginal swab, urine test, and blood test and I get all of that negative and I'm still feeling this? I should note that I am taking Ayurveda herbal medicine. I am hoping this will be my last stop in questions. I am really tired of seeking and just want to be back to my normal self again. Please help.
