Vag irritation Foliculitus?

Hey guys. i am a bit worried because part of my kitty is really irritated and dry. i havent been able to go to a doctor so i was hoping for some opinion. going soon. Worried it could be a STD, but it doesnt make much sense if it is because ive been very limited in my activity. The main spot of pain is above the clit, its red and irritated af. it started up again because i used a pad. Other photo us my right lip, its been a bit itchy so adding the photo to help incase its something obvious. The skin around is generally dry and a little flaky, always been something ive dealt with... just use moisturizer and stuff imageimage
