Vagina bumps on labia minora!!! feel scaly to the touch

sorry for the explicit photo but im desperate for answers as this is getting me down, i discovered these bumps over a month ago im not sure how long i had them or why but they feel scaly and are white and my skin looks cracked as you can see, i suffer with chronic yeast infections and pain during urination and it flares up and burns more when i have periods and im not sure if any of those things are to do with this as they are ongoing issues and these bumps appeared recently. pls help!!!! im a 17 year old girl and have been tested for stds but results came back perfectly clear

    looks like hpv there is no cure they usually go away on there own it could turn into cervical cancer try to remember if you ever got the vaccine that usually prevents cervical cancer
