Vagina Tear

Hello, so i was wondering what these tears are because it hurts when i touch them after my boyfriend fingers me, and what i can do to heal/recover. And also i am worried that while i was still on my period (towards the end of my period which does not have liquid blood coming out) he fingered me and i bled only after he fingered me and was wondering if this is a problem?

There is often a little bit of period blood that remains and can come out when you are penetrated. The tears don’t sound right though. Your skin shouldn’t be that fragile when you are young (which I am assuming you are from the tone if your post). Women in menopause have fragile dry vaginal skin. Where are the tears? Have you tried using lubricant when your boyfriend fingers you? You need to let the tears heal, which they should do on their own unless they have become infected in which case you need to see a doctor. Once they have healed you can allow the fingering again, but very gently with lots of lube at first.

Sorry, I only just spotted the pictures. I can’t really see the tears - are either they on the skin below your vaginal opening? This is the forchette skin which is more fragile that the rest of the vulva skin and can be prone to tearing in some women. They problem is if the tear keeps getting reopened it will, become more and more fragile and more difficult to heal. Like I said, stop the fingering, let it heal, some trimovate cream might help (that is what my dr gave me to heal my tears in the same place). Then you need to massage some natural oil into the area every day to keep the skin supple and nourished. I use pure organic raw cold pressed coconut oil. vitamin e oil (from a 400iu) oral capsule is also good. Some women use olive oil. I like coconut oil because it has antibacterial and antifungal properties. Vit e oil is very nourishing. Once you are fully healed, like I said above, very gentle fingering with lots of lube. The oils can be used as lube too.

Hello, if you dont notice the tears i have circled it up for you, was wondering if it'll naturally heal or should i consult a doctor for any types of medical ointments?

Ah, yes I see now. It is hard to tell what is tears and what is creases sometimes. Ouch ... I know how painful these seemingly tiny tears can be. Like I said I had a couple of such tears once after my skin was left fragile from repeated thrush infections. The dr gave me trimovate cream which stops the tears getting infected, helps them to heal and has antifungal properties. Am I right in thinking your tears look a bit swollen around them? They will most likely heal on their own, if they do not keep getting aggravated by friction / trauma. The problem with such tears is that they can leave the skin fragile and can open up again so easily, and each time they open up, the skin gets more fragile and so on. One of my tears was in exactly the same place as yours and opened up every time I had sex with my hubby. I thought it would never heal. So I stopped sex, used trimovate cream, then massaged the area with coconut oil to nourish and condition the skin the massaging also helped to make the skin more stretchy.

Such tears are quite normal in some women just google forchette tear or perineal tear. The tricky thing is getting it to heal up properly and stop it from coming back every time that skin is stretched.
