Vagina troubles, recurring yeast/fissures or herpes? Help pls

For the past two years I've been having an extremely difficult time down there. Almost monthly I will get a yeast infection, sometimes its cured after one treatment, sometimes I can't seem to get it to go away. There's almost always a nasty smell as well, fishy like, unpleasant.

I can usually tell when it's coming because I'll start to get a tingly feeling and urinating will become painful. There will just be this general sense of overall discomfort, itching and pain.

I've become increasingly worried about this situation; particularly because sometimes I will notice a small spot, almost like a paper cut in fold of my clitoral hood. I've also noticed the same thing (tiny little cuts) around my anus and the area between the bottom of my vagina opening and the anus. Sometimes there will be blood spotting, especially after I wipe from number two. They can sting a little to touch but aren't overwhelming painful.

Over time I have gotten so anxious and sick of this situation. I've been tested for STIs and insisted on a herpes swab twice now when the cut was present, they both came back negative. I have had BV a couple times.

I'm dying to get to the bottom of what's happening here and can't seem to have straight answers from doctors. I feel like it's genital herpes, but no doctor has told me that was the case (I've gone to about 7 different clinics now).

I have some autoimmune disorders, including psoriasis, and wonder if it's maybe presenting in that area? Is it possible they're fissures from the constant yeast infections? Does it look like a herpes lesion?

I really appreciate if you've taken the time to read this far.

Do you have pictures of the other cuts on the pernieum?

This is the one on the clitoral hood, I'm not sure why it posted upside down. The ones on the pernieum are microscopic, I can't get a photo.

Could it possibly be vulvar dermatitis? it's reaccuring but not an sti, basically a skin condition but in the genital area. Might be worth asking your Doctor. I hope you get an answer, I'm going through something similar with the pain and irritation.
