Vaginal bleeding

for about 6 months now I have been spotting every day outside my period sometimes fresh blood sometimes this horrible brown/black stuff I don't know what it is I have had 1 smear came back fine tested for STDs fine tested for pelvic inflammatory disease fine had an ultrasound which is fine does anybody know why this is happening I have also found 2 really small bumps on my cervix that I can feel that never used to be there do you think I should go back to the doctors? sometimes my cervix hurts too and I'll have a lot of watery stuff come out I'm only 26 and not pregnant please help.. thank you.

    they could be cysts it really does need investigating as lumps may need to be biopsied to rule out cervical cancer it was only the other day here on the news someone had a smear come bck normal but it was actually cancer an im not saying this to scare u in anyway but given ur bleeding they need to be checked like i said at the beginning they could just be cysts

      thank you for your reply. yeah I think I will have to go back and talk to them. hopefully they might agree to do another smear or do something I know something isn't right just don't know what it is. thank you

    same its been 2months ive been spotting every day. did u get your results? hopefully all is good 😊

    the doctor ordered a blood test called ca125 and it came back quite high so i went for an ultrasound this morning he asked them to do a pelvic and abdominal scan but she said she would only do a abdominal one if the couldnt see a cause of the high blood test on the pelvic one and basically she has just done the pelvic one and told me shes seen what she needs to see and the doctor will phone me with results hopefully its just a cyst
