Vaginal Bubbles

So, about two months ago I developed this sensation of air bubbles in my vagina. I have to squirm around to get them out but they never go away. I've had STD tests (even though Ive only ever had one partner) and have been tested for BV and yeast infections. All negative. This came out of NO WHERE and for seemingly no reason. I'm only 20 and have never had anything traumatic happen to trigger this. I've read multiple forums and there's seemingly no answers. And majority of people who experience this seem to have been pregnant or are pregnant. I need answers. help!
