Vaginal bumps/pimples

hi everyone, im wondering if anyone can tell me what these are. i am 35/f, married with 2 children. i noticed yesterday that these little red spots appeared inside of my vagina. they dont hurt, itch, sting or burn. google points me to herpes but i dont see any blisters or open sores. leading up to this, i felt some dryness around my vulvar so i put some cream on on my outer labia. silly me, i also accidently washed myself with my acne face wash yesterday so im wondering if its a reaction to that. please share any insight you might have!image

    could this possibly be how it has always looked but you have never noticed before? maybe it is just the normal pattern of your labia. if they aren't causing any issues then id advise keeping an eye on them. if anything changes then go the doctor or sexual health clinic to ease your mind?
