Vaginal Concerns PLEASE help

Okay so me and my partner went a little to hard last weekend, which resulted in me noticing a bit of discomfort. A few days later I noticed things weren't healing, so I got really nervous and took the first photo to check things out. Noticing it looked/felt like I had a yeast infection, I bought some monistat 1 and used that yesterday, which explains the white stuff in the 2 later photos. The second photo was taken the day I began using monistat, and the third today, a day after I started the treatment. For background, me and my partner are monogamous and I am fully confident they aren't cheating, and we both had recent STD tests before getting together. They have also been tested for herpes, I have not so there lies my concern. I am very poor and those tests are quite pricey, but I love my partner and want to make the safest decision for them. My main concern lies in the sores/red area around the back of my vaginal canal opening. They are VERY painful, but do seem to be healing along with the monistat treatment if that could mean something. I don't know if they could be friction burns, cuts, herpes, or even something worse. My second concern is the open wound you can see in the 1st and 3rd picture. Before I messed around and popped it, it looked like a typical pimple/ingrown hair but now I'm not so sure. Any help or insight would be beyond appreciated, I have been freaking the heck out for days. image imageimage

Hi; it could friction sores but the best would be to have it swabbed. They look more like herpes to me but it's a mild infection and I could be wrong.
