Vaginal discomfort that comes and goes.. **please help

I have been dealing with vaginal discomfort since January 17th.. there are days I deal with aching pains, sometimes sharp stabbing pains in my genital area.. even in my butthole area. Ive been tested for STDs including HSV.. ALL negative.. ive been treated for yeast but turns out my test came back negative, it also came out negative for BV too. Ive had test done to check on my thyroid and all that other stuff. everything Normal.. it seems i get some days of relief and then as soon as I take a shower I feel somewhat irritated again (making symptoms worse) . today I felt irritation down by the opening of my vagina, it looked red, a little inflamed and a bit irritated.. it's now back to normal like nothing happened.. this has been happening over the course since the 17th of January I don't know what to do and my gynecologist keeps looking at me like I am crazy and isn't really much help I am desperate to understand where this vaginal irritation has come from. I haven't had sexual intercourse since December, I have been with my partner for three years and we are in a monogamous relationship. I forgot to add that I also get tingling pretty much everywhere at this point. its just gotten worse.. i also have really bad anxiety if that helps. any opinion or suggestion is much appreciated please help me figure this out

im tired honestly of trying to find out because last time i went she said i have colpitis inflammation of vagina something like that . she gave me betadine suppositories prescription after this i have a yeast infection im dealing with from these suppositories. my pH got completely thrown off . i took fluconazole it is not working. im tired i also took antibiotics and probiotics but it seems now i have a yeast infection that doesn't want to go away. i have been putting garlic in my vagina for 3days the symptoms have reduced but i hate the smell of garlic it makes my stomach bloated i have gastritis too🤷‍♀️

i used to tell my mom that i feel a sharp pain moving from my navel down to my vagina. she was concerned but we ddnt really go to a gyna together we just concluded its maybe linked with my stomach problems and the pain comes nd goes. i dont know . iv spent money on tests that come back negative and doctors saying everything is normal . i have stopped looking for things im trying to have a peace of mind to relax
