Vaginal Health Please HELP??!!!

I have these little bumps. i looked up herpes it looks nothing like it. On the other side there was this one big one and i squeezed it like a pimple no pus but the whole skin came off with a piece of hair in it. It doesn't itch or burn even when i pee. Last time i had unprotected sex was January 2020 and couple people after but it was protected. Last time i had any intercourse was 3 weeks ago. i discovered them sometime this year but not recent. To be Honest I'm not the cleanest girl than i should be when it comes to this type of stuff. sometimes i wouldn't shower for a week and not change my underwear. My underwear would be really moist. Once i started to shower regularly they went down and almost became no existent. i have vibrating toys but i don't clean them that often as i should. They only itch when i trim or shave. And come back when i don't shower for the longest. My discharge is clear and sticky. i just want to make sure its not herpes and it just caused by not being clean.
