    Hi

I would think pelvic floor exercises would help prevent prolapse.

I'm almost 3 weeks post TAH and have been doing all the exercises ( Inc pelvic floor) recommended by the hospital.

    Hope that helps x

I had the same thing you did and having pain and bladder is weak has been even before the hysterectomy. Bowel is fine going twice a day. I need to have another ultra sound to find out if anything fell and also to see if cancer has went anywhere else in my body. I am tired all the time even after a goodnight sleep of 8 hours. You have to talk too you doctor to see if it is likely for this to happen. Some stories come out and they are not true so best to get medical advice I always say. Good luck and hope you are feeling ok. God bless.
