Vaginal infection

i am 22 year old female. Lately 2-3 times after having sex i've had infection like discharge and smelly . This time after having sex (NO CONDOM) My vagina is itchy and has bad smell and white discharge. Also i checked today something weird was forming on my vagina opening. i dont know what it is and im worried . PLEASE HELP ME WHAT IT IS image

    i think you should get checked for BV and Gonorrhea.

    and also those white spots resemble genital warts.

    the photo is not clear or focused so it's impossible to determine. Any other imagery? However, the fact there is a odor with discarge and the formation you describe could indicate something other than yeast infection. Definitely get it checked!
