Vaginal irritation having to pee constant n somewhat like discharge

I been having this for months n months now, I can't really explain but I been having this type of thick tissued like discharge all over inside my vagina n I have a fishy type boiled egg smell n Idk what it is.. Than my vagina keeps irritating me also I gotta keep having to pee a drop like every 5 mins I also have regular peeing too but this 2 sec pee I get it keeps irritating me plz help
