My vagina was itching really bad one day and so the next day when it continued, I decided to check it out. I cant see my vaginal opening anymore. Is it just swelling? Or something more serious?

most likely thrush considering white discharge which can cause swelling of vagina 😃

Looks like thrush. You need antibiotics ASAP or anti fungal cream.
