Vaginal or urethral burning no uti. Any idea what it could be?

hello! I have been experiencing a burning sensation either in my vagina or my urinary tract. I had uti symptoms such as having to pee more frequently and just feeling like my bladder was full. I took an at home test and it was positive. I went to the dr a few weeks later and urinalysis and urine culture were negative but my dr gave me a 3 day antibiotic anyway. same thing happened in november. Then december 9th i went on a 6 hour road trip and my symptoms came back in the car. we had to stop every hour for me to go to the bathroom. I couldnt sleep at all because of the pain. only hot baths helped. Then I came home and went to the hospital and was told I had a bacterial infection. I was given antibiotics. The antibiotics werent helping so my Dr gave me a penicilin shot. after that i got a yeast infection, and my dr gave me diflucan. i took that, and then started my cycle. my cycle gave me some relief. Then when my cycle was over, the burning started again. My dr suspected a bacterial infection and gave me vaginal flagyl to take for 5 days. that gave me a worse yeast infection and so I was given diflucan again. The diflucan relieves me for a few days and then it comes back. and now here we are still having a burning sensation. I have been tested for stds, vaginitis, BV, UTI. everything comes back normal. i went to the gyno today and again, saw no issues. i have an appointment with a urologist. im just really hoping they can figure this out and it not be chronic pain. Any ideas what this could be??
