Vaginal Pain after Urine Test

I gave a urine test on Thursday and started experiencing this weird vaginal pain on Friday into today, Saturday. The pain is a dull ache that comes in waves from the right side of my labia majora and migrates into my clitoris. I have never experienced this before. My biggest guess is that something happened while using the antiseptic wipe to wipe myself before the test, like you always do before giving a urine sample. I have given plenty of urine samples to know that it shouldn't hurt.

Anyway, this is the first time I have experienced this pain before and I have not changed anything up recently- lifestyle wise.
