Vaginal pain for almost 2 months

It's been almost two months since my vagina became irritated and in swollen in the clit area. i've been feeling discomfort and slight pain from time to time, but had no other symptoms, no discharge or itching or burning. The area also isn't sensitive to the touch, but I still haven't been sexually active to avoid it getting worse. Can anyone tell me why this is happening or what this could be?
(the first picture if from about a month and a half ago and the last is recent)

There is a noticeable smegma along your labia and underneath your clitoral hood. Smegma is a natural lubricant that keeps the skin around the genitals moist, though it can become problematic if you allow it to build up. The smegma underneath your clitoris has hardened and calcified, as seen by the brown formation near your clitoris. This can cause pain, irritation, and swelling. To remove the accumulated smegma, gently pull back the hood of your clitoris and rinse with warm water.

Thank you for the response.
I've been rinsing everyday twice or more, and it's not getting better.
If it's smegma, it it normal that it last this long with no change? I also believe that the clitoris is swollen or irritated.

Washing twice a day is a step in the right direction. Most of the smegma between your labia has been removed and your vulva looks much cleaner. However, until all the smegma has been dislodged from under your clitoral hood, it will continue to cause pain and discomfort. Even the smallest piece of smegma stuck under your clitoral hood can cause incredible pain. How are you washing your vulva? Does the clitoral hood roll back and forth easily over your clitoris?

I'm using the "Chilly Antibatterico pH5 Intimate Soap".
It doesnt hurt right now, but visibly nothing changed and it's not improving.
There are no signs of smegma anymore, or any discharge, and the hood moves normally. I'm still not sure this was (is) the main issue.
