Vaginal reaction to Minocycline

Hi, I am a 19 year old female, I have been on Minocycline for acne since around December of 2017, so just about a year now. For the first few months, everything was great and it really cleared up my skin, but then I started to experience severe abdominal pain, with no other explanation, as well as vaginal tearing and just general irritation/redness and dryness down there... I have since gone off of it, and my problems haven’t completely gone away, but they are significantly better. I am not 100% sure, but I think Minocycline May have been the cause. Has anyone else had the same sort of experience with it?
