Vaginal Skin Tag?

Hi everyone, I'm 48 years old, I've had three pregnancies, two vaginal births. My last pregnancy was 23 years ago. I had been obese my whole adult life until I had weight loss surgery a year ago. I'm not currently sexually active. The last time I had sex was in December. I've had STD testing since, negative for everything.

I was checking out my vagina and saw these growths that resemble skin tags. They don't hurt and if I didn't pull my vaginal lips apart I wouldn't have seen them. My GYN is only accepting emergencies and pregnant women due to Covid. I've read online, and have seen pictures of vaginal skin tags and these resemble them. I'm just in need of a couple of other opinions.

Please let me know if you need any more information.

    it very well could be a genital skin tag but i would also get tested for HPV just to rule.out genital warts. you may have had them.and never noticed or could have initially had them inside. you can dab some white vinegar on the spots ans see if they turn white sometimes when they turn white that cam be an indicator that its warts.

      @Worriewart247@ thank you for replying. I just went and dabbed the whole area with apple cider vinegar, there wasn't any change. I'll follow-up with my GYN just to be sure.
