I have one big cold sore on the inside of my vagina (about 25mm) and another tiny one on my labia minora near the majora area . They do not itch or burn nor I do I feel any pain but I do feel discomfort from it being there ... I am 21 and the last time I’ve had unprotected sex was 4-5 months ago, my male partner says that he doesn’t have anything ( I haven’t seen any evidence of that).

Pop it! It may hurt but do it fast and firm and pop it till blood comes out. Then clean yourself and just stay clean and it will seal back up and heal back up in just a couple days. If you can't do it then go to the Dr. but if I were you...why give him that money?
