Vaginal symptoms for over a month!

So on March 13, 2018 I started noticing some slight itching on my vulva. I was at work and checked to see if maybe I was getting a yeast infection or BV. I couldn't see any discharge so I discounted it. This is the start of my whole life turning upside down. 2 days later my fiancé and I had sex. It felt raw and painful. Ever since then I've had the following symtoms: vaginal redness, this includes redness and irritation around entire vulva and labia majora as well. Redness and irritation inside vagina. Sore feeling on the skin outside the vulva. Is uncomfortable to sit down because my perineum the space between my vagina and anus is sore and hurts worse when I have a bowel movement. Not only that but the skin surrounding my anus is red and sore too and I had an external hemmoroid looking thing a couple weeks back that ended up going back inside but I still feel constipated and sometimes bowel movements are painful and strained. I'm at my wits end. It is now April 18, 2018. I've been to see 4 different doctors. I got diagnosed with a yeast infection and uti so I took diflucan and bactrim. No symptom improvement. I went back and got diagnosed with BV and took flagyl and diflucan. No symptom improvement. Went to see a different doctor and she said she found a few pinhead bumps on my right labia and swabbed me for herpes. (Test came back negative) but before I knew that I took valtrex and a cream to put around my vagina. Didn't work. And the bumps have not changed in any way and they do not hurt or itch or anything. They are just there. So I'm not sure if that's even a contributing factor! I went to see an actual gyno on my last appointment and he said he thinks the problem is all external not internal so he gave me a steroid cream called Lotrisone that is supposed to reduce inflammation and kill yeast. I'm on my 4th day of using it and it is not working! I'm at my wits end! I have a wedding coming up in less than 6 months and I don't want to be dealing with this during that time. I get more and more anxious and depressed with each passing day. Does anyone have any answers, similar symptoms, or suggestions??

It could Lichen Sclerosus, I was misdiagnosed with Thrush, herpes, cystitis, menopause. Before a biopsy showed LS, most GPs don’t know about it.

What symptoms did you have for that? I've looked that up before but doesn't seem to match all the way

I was itchy, sore, and red.

Would tear easy. I didn’t notice it was white but the doctor did.

Everyone had different symptoms of LS and don’t always have all the symptoms

I honestly think I could have that because on both sides of my labia I have these white bumps and they look like they might be blurring together. They don't itch but it is red beside them. I have a doctors appointment in 10 days so I'll make sure she checks me for LS. Can you treat it with anything and does it ever go away if that's what I have?

I see a Vulva dermatologist and use a steroid (dermovate) , at first every day for month then every other and now once a week (pea size)

      There isn’t a cure.

I see the dermatologist every 3 months and will see one probably every 6/12 months for life.

My LS turned to stage 3 cancer as I was undiagnosed since a child.

Go and see a dermatologist you could have LP or LS they can tell you what's wrong

I will do that if I find I don't have any other underlying infection or disease. I have an appointment with another doctor in a couple weeks but it sucks waiting

Still not better... I have been doing a lot of research and doctors appointment tomorrow to rule out some more stuff. It looks like I'll need a major diet change to kill candida (yeast) since it seems to have spread to my mouth now. I think stress and anxiety had a lot to do with my not getting better. I am now way calmer about it and approaching this slowly and surely. I will update everyone on what the doctor says

Has  Your partner been treated for yeast infection to ? Because you could be passing on to one another

I have thought about that. My fiancé and I have not had much sex since this started. Maybe once a month making a total of 3 times. I think if he does has yeast he should be treated but I also think one of the medicines I have taken would have made me feel a little bit better and they haven't. I get very confused when it seems like all the other women say "well I treated it and it came back" when mine is like "I took the medicine and the medicine didn't even work at all". It seems like for other women the yeast medicine works even if it does come back.
