I got a tear in my vagina at the bottom when I was with a guy in June 2019, and it still keeps reopening no matter how long I leave it to heal (talking months) and sometimes even when I pee and stuff it will reopen and its it sore! I don't know if this is normal and I'm just being pathetic or if I should be worries about it.

No you are not being pathetic and I'm sure its sore . Its probably got some infection/bacteria in it and cant heal properly. Do phone your doctor who may need to see you or may just prescribe some antibiotic cream. No need to suffer.
